How is the printing made?

Your Anélle product will be customized with a shiny gold foiled monogram or a colored print.

The colored print is made with a UV-printing technic where the colors will not fade or tear. You can choose from around 30 colors, have one color or a combination with also a shade color.

The other option is the embossed hot pressed gold foil where your initials is embossed/pressed down into the leather together with a shiny gold foil.

Whichever initial or name you choose will be scaled to fit the phone case of your choice and we will make sure your print looks perfect!

What can I print?

You can print your initials, a name or a word. Different products have different design options. If you have any other requirements of designs, please contact us and hopefully we can help you.

How long is the production time?

Please allow 7 days for your Anélle product to be finished.

I just placed my order can I change it?

If you require a change to your order, please contact hello@anellestockholm.com as soon as possible. This is subject to availability and if you order hasn’t yet been processed. Please note that all changes aren’t guaranteed due to quick processing times.

Are there any discount codes?

If you sign up to our newsletter we offer you a 10% discount on one order. Make sure to also follow our social media channels where we regulary offer promotions. Please also note that any promotion codes can not be added after have completing your order.

Where do you ship to?

We offer free of charge wordwide international standard shipping. Please enjoy shipping to: Europe, the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Japan and Africa.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our production time is around 7 business days and will be dispatched from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

The shipping timeframe for majority of our international regions is:

Tracked International Standard Shipping (6-10 Business days).

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Will there be any customs fees or taxes?

Customs fees or taxes vary between individual countries. Additional taxes or customs fees may be applied at the port of entry at the recipient country.

If you are unsure about customs fees in your country, please contact your post office or customs office. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. However, we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs and taxes. Payment is necessary for your parcel to be delivered.

What is your return policy?

Personalized products i.e. product with personal print can not be refunded. The right of return or exchange does not apply to products which have been produced to the special requirements of the customer or which are clearly tailored to the personal wishes of the customer (e.g. products with a customized variation or print).

For non customized products you have 14 days from the day of receiving your product to be fully refunded for your purchase if you return the product. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received. The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact.
