General

Welcome to Anélle and our website. By making purchases from, and by using the site Anellestockholm.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms are an agreement between you and Anélle AB, reg. No. 559199-6763.

Anélle have no liability in case of errors in images, product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changes in prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or inaccurate information regarding whether an item is in stock. Anélle have the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, we will notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with the order.

Price and Payment

When we receive an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including taxes, shipping and method of payment.

Orders to countries outside of EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Anélle has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Anélle cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Promotions

Anélle can offer promotions and campaigns. They apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by Anélle in connection to the campaign. If you have a promotion code you want to use please note that it has to be enter in connection to checkout when completing your order. Please note that promotion codes can not be added afterwards when we already have received your order. We reserve the right to revoke campaigns at any time. Deals on specific items on the website will last for a limited time and while supplies last.

Delivery

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of days specified on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, for example, in connection with ordering goods that are not currently in stock.

In case Anélle has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Anélle have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Anélle.

Return Policy

–            Please note that personalized products i.e. product with personal print can not be refunded. The right of return or exchange does not apply to products which have been produced to the special requirements of the customer or which are clearly tailored to the personal wishes of the customer (e.g. products with a customized variation or print).

–            For non customized products you have 14 days from the day of receiving your product to be fully refunded for your purchase if you return the product. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received. The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact.

In the case of repayment, Anélle will pay the amount back to you as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal. Anélle may withhold the payment until we have received the goods or you have proven that the goods have been sent back, for example, through a filing receipt.

The refund will be made to the source of original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or if any issues arise.

All returns must be notified to Customer Support, or they will not be accepted.

Please note that you need to pay the freight for the return package.

Reclaim

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is flawed or defective in any way, please notify us directly (as soon as possible) so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. For flawed or defective purchased we will refund both the product and shipping costs (excluding import taxes or other fees out of our control).

Note that Anélle warranty does not cover:

Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.

Problems or damage caused by misuse, neglect (knocks, dents, crushing, falling), accidents or unjustifiable repair or modification.

Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (for. Eg. Scratches, worn leather and flaking paint, etc.).

Privacy Policy

When placing an order, you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Anélle’s privacy policy in order to fulfil our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information Anélle have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.

Force Majeure

Anélle is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
